The Story So Far... Part 1

Tosan is a helpless prisoner awaiting trial. Olaitan is an ambitious lawyer who would do anything to attain the  position of senior state counsel. She goes to see Olaitan in jail about her case who then gets the wrong impression that Olaitan is standing in for her as her lawyer. She admits to committing murder.

On the day of her court hearing, Tosan is shocked to find that Olaitan is the prosecuting counsel and she is now left to the mercy of the state defender who knows little or nothing of her case at the time. Tosan is shocked by the betrayal. Her aunt, Magaret, is even more helpless as she looks to Tosan for answers and explanation but gets none. 

Eventually Tosan is sentenced and put in death row for murder.
In jail she goes through so much. Mixing, meeting and defending different kind of people, while reflecting on her past and how she got here.
