Boma is a freshman in the university. She is an avid reader, and loves to write stories and poems. She is gentle and soft-spoken. Her quest for tertiary education is however threatened when her father is involved in an industrial accident which leaves a financial strain in the family.A chance meeting with Irene and some questionable characters, throw up certain life-changing
choices which she must make.
Born to a home of humble background, Boma's father is a truck driver and mother a non-academic staff at a private school. Boma dreams of a much better life and she believes she can accomplish this only by excelling in her studies.
